World Can’t Wait is calling on everyone to gather in front of Times Square’s military recruiting center–43rd and Broadway–at 5pm WEDNESDAY to demand an immediate end to the Iraq war and impeachment of the Bush Regime for war crimes.

These America-hating freaks could have chosen just about anywhere else to gather in NYC, but they had to pick a recruiting office. I really wish I were close by for this. I hope some other Eagles, on extremely short notice, can rally in support of our military and our nation.
In reading this, I think I can detect exasperation and anger that they aren’t getting the results from the Dumbocrats in Congress. The Dumbocrats aren’t as Dumb as I thought though. They seem to realize that they crept closer to actually taking ownership for what they call “failure” overseas. Yep, moonbats is gettin’ desperate. Be interesting to have at least a recon element go down there and get us a REAL count.

The President is Out of Control
Among the Babel of Liberal responses, about President Bush’s veto of legislation that would have set public dates for the pull out of Iraq, the Liberal’s cry that rings loudest is The President is Out of Control.
The President is indeed out of control, for he will not fall under the control of those Liberals who would leave our troops in harms way by setting artificial dates and start sucking away resources the troops need to do the job they are there to do. In the midst of a ramping up to secure positions, safety and security and accelerating home rule, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and others would jeopardize our troops on the ground through their power hungry need to micro-manage the war and to do everything in their means to totally discredit the entire 8 years of President Bush’s administration and discredit all the principled accomplishments that have been accomplished at home and abroad. Reid and Pelosi and the rest of the Liberal crowd literally hate George Bush, the President, the man, and the principles he possesses. The entire guise of their power hungry ploy is to discredit everything out of their control, so they can end up controlling everything. Having lost the power they held for most of six and a half decades, the Liberals will say and do anything to recapture their glory years that all began 65 years ago.
Our government started its spiral out of control 65 years ago, and with few exceptions in real leadership, namely; Truman, Eisenhauer, JFK, and Reagan, it has been going steadily downhill ever-since the Liberal-Socialistic policies of the New Deal were initiated. Short term Liberal-Socialist domestic programs beginning during and since that era became never ending social problems with ever burgeoning associated financial and human costs without end. On the international scene, it was the never ending Liberal-Socialistic policies of not winning wars that all came about through this same socialistic form of give it all away at any cost way of governing. But for Reid and Pelosi, their Liberal-Socialistic way of thinking causes them to believe that’s the way things should be and if you happen to disagree, you are the one who’s out of control, you then become known as the one that’s out of control and you too become discredited, just like President Bush and all of those of us espousing the Conservative-Constitutionalist way of life and liberty.
I believe the veto exercised by the President was the correct thing to due, thereby not allowing the executive branch of government to be held hostage by bare majority of the legislative branch; given the addition of pork projects to be funded by the legislation sent to the President, I agree with his veto even more so. The extra votes that were needed for the legislation to pass were gained through political prostitution by Reid, Pelosi and others, including a few from the opposite side of the aisle. This back-room politics in no way gives Reid and Pelosi or any legislators the right to usurp the Presidential powers or in any way claim managing of an ongoing war or establishing dangerous precedence of setting troop removal timetables and placing our heroic troops and the free world in grave danger.
Last fall’s electoral process did not produce a plebiscite or a mandate to pull-out of Iraq at all costs. Liberals said we will present a new plan, which has yet to occur over 100 days into the new terms of office. There were lots of other promises made, too, by Liberals to win seats in the November 2006 elections; so far nothing substantive has occurred with issues that really matter, like Ethics and Political Pork. The only thing that can be claimed by the Liberals in the House and Senate is a virtual doubling of personal taxes for all of us over the next 5 to 15 years. Oh yes, and by tacking on lots of Pork with absolutely no Ethics, in order to grease the skids, for the leftist pull-out of Iraq legislation this effort is a failure, too. But it has produced some very revealing looks at what’s in store if Liberals re-gain their once self-glorified position of power again.
Say what you will, and if that is to say “The President is Out of Control�, I say to you, good for him for standing on proven principle. And while you are busy talking, you can say I am out of control, too, for I would rather be so identified than to live without the Conservative-Constitutionalist principles that formed and strengthened this grand Republic and made it great among the greatest nations of the history of this world.

I heard John Edwards say a few days ago that the dems. should keep sending the President the same bill, with time limits, to sign over and over until he was forced to pass it.What a hippocrite!! Just 4 yrs. ago he and all the Left loonies were saying that Saddam was the greatest threat this country faced.We have got to take this Country back or our kids and grandkids are going to be in a world of hurt. The last election was so close it was scary. Hard to believe there are so many people in this Nation that buy in to their BS.It’s now or never.The EAGLES are spreading more and more every day. I hear you Richard and BikerBill on this one too! I am out of control. I’ve had enough and we as Eagles need to be ready on a moments notice to counter these moonbats. Talking with the recruiters in Raleigh yesterday, they have had rocks painted red thrown through their doors in the middle of the night. These people need to be exposed for who they are, what they stand for and what they are saying. I show people the pics of the counter protest we have been to and they are just dumbfounded. The average American has NO CONCEPT of what is going on. We hear and I quote ” But they said they SUPPORT the Troops just not the war”. Well you can’t have it both ways!!!!! and keep the American way of life as they know it any longer. Eagles Up NY!!!!
The only reason the Democraps are so headstrong pushing for Bush to lose the war is because they dont have a clue on how to handle it after he leaves office and they want it to remain Bush’s war, and for him to lose, not them.

Also I’m not saying anything you don’t already know, but I feel that PELOSI isn’t pushing the Impeachment of the President & Vice-President like Murtha & Co. because she does’nt have a clue what to do next.She said having grandkids qualified her for her position as Speaker of the House . just got back home - we got there a little early and spoke with the recruiters a bit and then secured the area just in front of the station. of course the moonbats had to run right over and start going off at us - mostly we just turned our backs to them and they went back to their cave. as ever it was good to spend time with other eagles - we were also joined by members of the new york chapter of the united american committee. a fair number of people stopped to talk with us and to express their support - as well as the walk-by high-fivers!!!! i gave out the goe website to a number of people.
I LOVE GOING TO THESE EVENTS!!! as ever the NYPD was great.
Good job Carolyn and others that made it on short notice. Was there alot of moonbat sympathy for the cause present at the demonstration?

actually, it did not seem that the moonbats got very much support from people who were passing by. they were running around trying to hand out some of their literature and most people just shunned them. i was actually kind of surprised by that - nyc being the liberal capitol that it is! we got quite a bit of positive feedback from people, and i was surprised by that too. i just read the AAR from the NYcoordinator and he said that the tv interview that was done with him was shown on the 11 o’clock news and that there was no coverage of the moonbats on the news - again, another shocker from the liberal nyc press!!
Carolyn: If it was’nt a FOX channel that is a shocker. Looks like the tide may be turning a bit. These people are so freakin brain damaged I don’t know how they can hold down a job. Great stuff, Carolyn! Thank you so much for standing for all of us on such short notice. If GOE can routinely execute such successes against the moonbats, I have no doubt some of their ilk will become disillusioned (and/or initimidated) and stop this nonsense. Not all of them, but we can start thinning the herd.
NYC’ers, Pats on the back from Michigan! Be curious to hear estimates of how many of you versus how many of them. Good job turning your backs on them. Anyone asks why, well hell, they’re doing it to our troops aren’t they? I an greatly intrigued by the support you folks received from the citizens of that fair city. This pleases me no end! I arrived at Times Square at 5:30pm which was the best I could do given the train schedules.
I arrived to find that Carolyn and her husband(?)
(the New Jersey Rapid Response Team) had secured the high ground directly in front of the recruiter station. Pamela H. had taken the offensive and was pestering the moonbats and the police until the police finally put up a metal cage at the small apex of the triangle and made the moonbats stay in it!
David R. came shortly after me and bolstered us in
front of the station. Then Desiree B. and her friend Cindy came, and Desiree started preaching to the passersby about loving our troops, winning the war, and achieving victory. There was another person there but I can’t remember who.
The moonbats had maybe 40 people. A small turnout by their standards.
UPN Channel 9 News was there taking pictures and interviewed me briefly. I just saw the spot on TV and it was very short, about 5 or 10 seconds out of a two minute interview, but they didn’t interview anyone from the other side, or at least didn’t broadcast it so it was a victory for us. My five seconds of fame was my answer to whether I had any
timetable or precondition to bringing our troops home. My answer “Victory, just Victory” was all that was broadcast.
About 6:15 the police let the moonbats out of their cage and allowed them to walk past us on their way to Union (Red) Square where they were going to join up with others of their ilk.
I can’t say enough good things about our folks there. They took the initiative, secured the ground, pressed the attack against the opposition, and won a decisive victory on a moment’s notice. Heck, I just added another body to the count, these folks did the whole thing on their own.
From 3:02 pm when I received [Coop's] email to 6:30 pm when we left the scene shows what a small dedicated group can do if they are motivated and
dedicated to the mission.
I also want to thank Elyse B. for her help in putting me in touch with Carolyn when some plans had to be changed at the last minute.
