    Forgive me for being late with this suggestion! I am a PGR. (U do know what that is?) “Our” unofficial uniform is a black leather vest. “We’ individualize our vests with “patches & Pins” identifying ‘who’ we are. Rolling Thunder is similar. They have certain patches that only the date changes… that way they can be sewn on overlapping (so as not to take up too much limited space). I suggest a patch (MAY BE 3X5 INCHES) identifying ‘Washington, DC (date) and a designation: CAPTAIN - MAJOR - LEADER… what ever, (something special). Red / whit / Blue - Maybe the special events and patches would not be overlapped.
    One (1) patch for every $100.00 donation. Redeemable at the site when presenting a e-mail confirming the donation. Or by mail.

    I don’t know. Just thinking out loud. Maybe $50.00 would be better.

    I was there in DC and Chapelhill and West Point.

    I’ve heard of your organization, and I remember how proud I was the first time I read a story of of the Patriot Guard Riders rolling out to help give a grieving family some peace while they laid their brave loved one to rest.

    Fred Phelps of Westboro Baptist is a prime example of how any religious fanaticism is dangerous and has no place in a modern, thinking society.
