AAR: New England IVAW

January 29, 2008

Eagles! Our fellow Eagles in New England/NY really put on a good demonstration on Saturday. The photographer/interlocutor is Jim Bancroft, USMC. Thanks to all the “local” Eagles who came out in this frigid weather to confront IVAW/VVAW as they tried to raise funds and plan for their WSI2 “hearing.”

Are we or aren’t we doing DC March 15, 2008? I see cancelled notes, and then there is still talk about it happening.

Capt Bailey, thanks for your kind comments regarding our counter-protest in Newton, MA! I was humbled by the dedication and commitment of those who came from as far as PA to the People’s Republic of Massachusetts to take on the traitors of the ivaw and their anti-military buddies! (I live here in MA, about 45 mins from Newton, so it wasn’t a far travel for me) I bet all the anti-military forums are ablaze right now talking about how the GOE showed up in the snow to take them on! And I bet when they looked out the window and saw us, their first words to each other were probably “OH SHIT”!!!!! :oD

Oh well, sucks to be them!!!!

Thanks to those Eagles from all over the Northeast who traveled some distance in crummy New England weather to be there. If anyone needed a wake-up call it was those folks in Newton - and they got one.
    “Never Again” starts right now!

You know we all do alot of background work and sometimes, we get to play. I think that would make a great title for an after action report: When Eagles Play. Serious? you bet! But we have so much fun at it!!!
It was a pleasure seeing all of you again. (whose pictures are those under the video? That’s not us on Sunday! LOL)

Don’t you just love a movie with a happy ending? I know I do.

I really liked the scary part where he asked the women to “think”.

    You guys made my day!

Got something to say?
